At SCA Services Atlanta, Kelly Scott has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive commercial and residential portfolios as well as experience managing large turnkey projects. 

 

Kelly is responsible for total project management including, controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with all project keys players. 

 

Kelly is also highly experienced in large and small restoration and reconstruction insurance projects.  Kelly can navigate and discuss all aspects of the project, as well as critical key components to keep your project moving.

Kelly has always been a team player either on or off a project.  Kelly’s knowledge and wisdom in General Contracting ensures the best communication between keys players, owners, architects, or engineers, resulting in a successful project. 

 

Kelly Scott graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer in 2000.  Kelly started in civil design for many years, while moving towards his passion of construction.
